Northern States Power St. Paul Credit Union collects nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
Information we received from you on applications or other forms (this includes the Member Account Card, applications for certificates or IRA’s, payroll deduction cards, and applications for any and all loan products).
Information about your transactions with us or others (these include but are not limited to all savings, draft and loan transactions, payroll deductions reports, and checks cashed at the credit union).
Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency (all loan and visa applications require a credit report. This can also include employment and income verifications necessary to process an application).
We do not disclose any nonpublic information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law (we share member information with organizations that we contract with for services such as statement printing and mailing. IRA processing and reporting, 1099 production and mailing, check printing, and others. We also have an agreement with CUNA Mutual for their Member Connect Program, which is a joint marketing agreement that qualifies as an exception allowed by law).
If you decide to terminate your membership or become an inactive member, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.
